I am in need of assitance. I have recently asked on here about an app crash error, and after trying to fix it with no success i have decided to resort to Factory settings. I am also have issues with internet, even when i have full bars the explorers can't connect, as well as IM's ie.

Can i use this same code for my newer laptop? Or is there another code? Or do i need to download an application? Please help, i use this computer for school and need it to be fixed ASAP. If the restore partition is still there and was not removed, it will reinstall Windows 7. Or if you have install disks - insert them, restart and boot from them to start the reinstall process. If you restore it to factory condition, it will be like it was when you first bought it - all preinstalled programs will be installed.

Anything you installed after buying it must be reinstalled. This will remove any personal files on the computer, back them up first. If you don't have the restore partition or install disks:.
